I almost got confused. I've been blogging about sessions in TX and FL....and I started this post and I was like...wait a minute....League City is in FL right....wait....no it's not. Too many blog posts! :)
Anyways....now that I have my geography straight....the day after I got back into town from FL, I met up with Brandi and Schaun for their pre-wedding shoot. Their wedding is actually in a few weeks, and if the wedding will be anything like the engagement....I'm in for a real treat!
OMG....these guys are SO CRAZY! I can tell that even when they sleep there's never a dull moment.....especially with Schaun! Brandi and Schaun have been together for 9 years! Lest to say....Brandi says, "marry me or move on!! O.K., maybe not in the literal sense....but pretty much so!
This was the first engagement session where I kept one eye through the view finder, and one eye on the lookout for police! I seriously have never laughed so hard during a session before....such a great time!
We started off in this really cool place called Helens Garden, which apparently is THE spot to shoot in League City because at the end their we're at least 3-4 photographers with clients in the park. Crazy!
One of the very FEW sincere moments...it's cool though....because that's how they roll. I encourage my clients to be themselves.
Schaun has a little Captain in him. :)
Then they start with this, "I'm not touching you," thing where you put your finger like really close to the other person like almost touching but not and be like, "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you!" I was laughing my butt off because Brandi and I do that all the time (my wife Brandi..duh!)
The energy level of this session was through the roof!
This section was actually roped off....but it didn't stop Schaun!
This place was packed too...there's another photographer behind us shooting another engagement session. The couple looked SO SAD! They we're being posed and stuff which isn't bad but isn't the way we roll. At one point the couple was just staring at us with their mouths open. They we're probably thinking to themselves, "hey they get to have fun on their session!" Duh!
This is where things start to get crazy. Notice the discerning look on Brandi's face.

Schaun says, "it's like a custom chopper!"
At the very end of the session on the way back to the cars we happened upon this caterpillar of some sorts that was from another planet.
Brandi and Schaun, thanks for keeping me on my feet the entire session! I can only imagine how much frikking fun your wedding will be!
